Shipping Policy of Alice's Bags

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day.

Order Handling Time: It takes 1–2 business days to handle orders. This process includes:

  • Confirming your order and payment.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure items meet our high standards.
  • Preparing your package for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is processed.

Order Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. We strive to deliver all products directly from our manufacturing facility to ensure product quality and sustainability. This direct shipping method allows us to offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.

Delivery Timeframe: On average, customers receive their orders within 6–9 business days, depending on the handling and transit times. We aim to deliver all products to your home 100% free of charge and without minimum order requirements. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer due to this complimentary service.

Shipping Updates:

  • Tracking Information: You will receive your tracking number via email within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
  • Delivery Updates: Stay updated with the status of your order through tracking links sent via email. We recommend monitoring your email for updates and checking your spam/junk folder if necessary.

Delayed Orders: During high-demand periods or due to external factors such as weather conditions or public holidays, purchases may experience delays. If your order has not arrived within 9 business days, please contact our support team at support@alicesbags.com for assistance.

Damaged Orders:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take detailed photos of the damage, including the packaging and items.
  • Contact our customer support team at support@alicesbags.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Include your order number and photos in your email to facilitate a prompt resolution.

Refunds and Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in unused and undamaged condition, returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
